Lapin Consulting International’s Purpose is to translate human energy and innovation into measurable value. Measurement is, therefore, key to every aspect of our process.

In partnership with our clients at the beginning of every project, we agree to financial and other measures by which to track the project’s success. We strongly subscribe to the notion that whatever you measure improves. Therefore, we choose our criteria carefully and systematically keep our clients focused on these outcomes.

Using the same criteria as in the first evaluation of organizational effectiveness, we re-evaluate the organization to assess movement and progress. This also reveals any areas that need further attention and opportunities for new improvements. This “Before and After” analysis is especially gratifying for the individuals who work so hard to create change in the organization.

We customize all of our leadership development projects by using a variety of tested tools to profile leadership competencies and values and identify any factors that could inhibit peak leadership performance. This creates a point of reference for leadership against which to measure its progress and to evaluate its impact.

Before all leadership coaching, we measure leadership styles and effectiveness. We use a combination of individual assessment and 360° input from peers and teams. We repeat this after the coaching program. “Before and After” evaluations help leaders measure their progress. Importantly, this also creates the imperative for further changes and advancement.
