David Lapin
Chief Executive Officer

Desi Rosenfield
President
Desi Rosenfield joined Lapin International in 1993. At that time, she already enjoyed an
exceptional reputation as one of Deloitte & Touche's upcoming young consultants while
working with their Strategy Group in Johannesburg. This position exposed her to the
country's leading strategy experts, who pioneered South Africa's advanced methods of
business strategy. Desi assisted renowned consultants Anthony Ball and Stephen Asbury
by providing research for their best-selling
book, The Winning Way.
She was subsequently sought out to head the Economics Department at a large financial
institution, where she rose to the position of Chief Strategic Planner and Economic Advisor
to the CEO and his executive committee.

Clint Parry
Vice President of Strategy
Clint Parry began his career at Xerox Corporation. While there, he added over $4 million in annual revenue. His success at Xerox earned him three prestigious President’s Club Awards. Clint Parry’s coaching and consulting background includes working with over 300 individuals and businesses. For over five years, Clint’s coaching franchise, part of the world’s largest business coaching organization, proved to be the largest practice in clients and total revenue for his region.
Clint has been a columnist for several business publications. He was recently recognized as one of Tucson’s 40 under 40. Clint holds a business degree from BYU and an MBA from the University of Arizona's Eller School of Business. |
| He is a respected board member for Junior Achievement and enjoys teaching kids the principles of economics and free enterprise. A sports fan, Clint also enjoys playing basketball, soccer, and golf. He and his wife Kristi are the proud parents of four children. |

Jocelyn Sanders
Project Manager
Jocelyn Sanders joined Lapin international in 2002 as Project Coordinator. She is now
Project Manager and IT Specialist responsible for the administration and management of
the many varied consulting projects in the USA and internationally. She plays an integral
role in research and development for various client projects, and she manages all data
collection and analysis, which is key to the success of the Lapin International approach.
Before joining Lapin International, she worked in the e-commerce
and financial industries.
Jocelyn graduated with a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern
California's Marshall School of Business. |

Adena Phillips
Associate Consultant
Adena focuses heavily on public sector management and competitive strategy. Adena works with the team at Lapin International on program development and workshop facilitation. Prior to starting her own practice, Adena worked in the Strategy and Operations group at Deloitte Consulting. She began her career as a research analyst at Hanover Research Council, a Washington-based policy think-tank, and served as an intern at the Israeli Foreign Ministry Center for International Cooperation, where she worked on programs in community development, microenterprise management, and conflict resolution. Adena is interested in international policy and advocacy work and has presented and facilitated workshops at conferences around the world.

| Her topics include women's leadership, human rights, and interfaith dialogue and have been presented at conferences in the US, Europe, and the Middle East. Adena has a BA in Philosophy and Communications from York University and studied Business and Journalism at Columbia University. |

Raphael Lapin
Leader, Negotiation Strategies and Conflict Resolution Practice
Raphael E. Lapin is a Harvard-trained negotiation and communication specialist, consulting and training Fortune 500 corporations and government agencies globally. Raphael received his training at Harvard Law School and was commissioned by DK Publishers (Penguin Books) of London to write Working with Difficult People for their Essential Managers Series. This book will be available October 2009 Raphael has served on the board of the Northern California Mediation Association and is an advanced practitioner member of the Association for Conflict Resolution, and international organization based in Washington, DC. Raphael is also a professional member of the Institute of Management Consultants.
