Our research has both a qualitative and a quantitative component. Our qualitative
approach consists of carefully constructed questions and conversations with focus groups of approximately 12 - 15 individuals at all levels in the organization. During these conversations, we probe the deep issues and challenges confronting the organization. While the answers to the questions are important, analyzing the attitudes and thought processes that give rise to the answers is the most revealing part of the diagnostic. Our quantitative approach consists of a questionnaire that is tailored to provide quantitative measures to support the qualitative conversations.
